What is an OEM licence? How can I find better antivirus deals elsewhere such as eBay?

Generally speaking, if someone is selling you a "license key" without physical boxed product at a price which seems "too good to be true," you are being sold a license that is counterfeit, stolen, keygenerated, pirated or otherwise is being re-sold over and over again.

Also, many webshops may sell OEM licenses and they are only to be sold with hardware and have limited support. In other words, you may not receive support from the vendor, will not be able to re-activate the product on new devices and/or will not be able to extend the licence once it expires.

Every product on the Iron Bastion Webshop is a retail licence. We do not resell OEM licences. 

How soon will I receive the license key by email after the order is placed?

The license key orders are processed during business hours Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm AEST. Your license key will be emailed within 1-3 business days.

Can I use the license key to renew my current subscription?

Yes, the license key supplied can be used to renew an existing subscription or to start a new subscription.

I still have weeks/months left in my current subscription. Can I purchase in advance at the special price?

Yes, you can purchase now and activate your license key at a later date. The subscription period only beings when you activate the software.

Are the license keys Australian license?

Yes, the product key is Australian license keys which are used in the Australian region. Once activated, you can use them overseas as you travel.

I have not received my license key after 3 business days. Whom do I contact?

Please help check your spam folder just in case our email has been filtered incorrectly. If still not received, please contact us with your order number, and we will sort it out for you.
